Through our team of construction and commercial managers we can utilise a combination of in-house trades and specialist subcontractors to manage complex construction projects, including new build projects, refurbishments and conversions.

- Engage or manage a novated design team under design and build contracts
- Manage all aspects of CDM2015 compliance undertaking the role of principal contractor
- Liaise with statutory consultees such as: Local Planning, Building Control, Health and Safety Executive and Highways Authority
- Engage and manage specialist supply chain partners for elements not delivered directly
- Lead on communication with local stakeholders
